Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to become active once you receive it.

First, check your tracking link for the latest update. Remember that dispatch can take up to 12-15 business days during the sale, so your order may still be processing. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or there's been no movement for an extended period, reach out to our team with your order number and we'll look into it.

Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. We do not offer refunds on final sale items unless the item is faulty. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to lodge a return. Please contact our team with your order number to start the process.

Exchanges are for size only on the same item, subject to stock. If your size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit.

Free gift items (the GT Tee and GT Hood) cannot be returned or exchanged and hold no cash value. If you return items that drop your order below the qualifying spend, the value of the free gift may be deducted from your credit/refund.

Enter your code in the "Discount" field at checkout and click apply before completing payment. The discount will reflect in your order total.

Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Sale prices are already reduced, so additional codes may not apply to sale items unless stated.

Double-check for typos, expiry dates, and any minimum-spend requirements. Codes are case-sensitive. If it still won't apply, contact our team before placing your order - we're unable to retroactively apply codes after checkout.

GWP tiers are based on your order total after any discounts are applied, i.e. what you actually spend.

Spend over the qualifying amount during the sale and a free garment is automatically added to your cart. There are two tiers - a free GT Tee, or a free GT Hood at the higher tier (see T&Cs below for exact spend levels).

No code needed. Once your cart hits the qualifying spend, the gift is added automatically. If it doesn't appear, refresh your cart or contact us before checking out.

Where size selection is available, you'll be able to choose at checkout, subject to stock. If your size sells out, we'll send the nearest available size.

Due to the nature of the sale, most items are limited and won't be restocked once sold out. We recommend ordering early to avoid missing out.
